All the other removal companies were proposing a two-day move with everything being delivered on the completion day, which we felt would be too hectic.
The removal team were good-hearted and took great care of our belongings. Everything was well wrapped and protected and the first lorry loaded on day one with great efficiency. Day two the same team arrived, which again was reassuring, and finished packing and were off within a couple of hours. This meany we were able to give the house a final hoover before we left.
On arriving in Blunham your team had already arrived and were having lunch and spent the afternoon unpacking our essential items. They were most helpful and kept asking if everything was where we wanted it.
On day three the same team again came with the first lorry and spent the day unloading, again constantly checking that everything was being placed in the correct rooms. They cleared up and even took all the old packing materials from the boxes we had unpacked, leaving us all clear and tidy.
I was really impressed and am very grateful to your staff and ask you to pass on my thanks to them for a job well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company. My dealings with all those with whom I came into contact, your estimator, office staff and removers, were all very friendly, had a good sense of humour, gave me confidence that our possessions were being cared for and made our move a memorable three days.

Before the move itself I received excellent administrative service over the phone and from your estimator who was very skilled in calculating the right quantity of boxes, wardrobe cartons, packing paper, etc. These were delivered promptly to enable me to undertake the mammoth task of packing up my house!

This was not an easy move, requiring three vans, and, because of the unusual gateway into the property, you had to offload everything from the two large vans to the smaller van before it could be delivered to the house.
